Dr Fincy Patrick
Biography
Dr Patrick is an accomplished and dedicated educational leader with a passion for fostering student success and creating a supportive learning environment. She holds a Doctorate degree in Chemistry, specialised in Catalysis with a portfolio of published research papers.
Dr Patrick has proven her leadership abilities as the Head of Science, where she successfully built a team of dedicated Science teachers. Her experience as the STEM Coordinator has been instrumental in developing and implementing innovative STEM programs and initiatives. Throughout her 18 years of teaching both at Universities and Secondary Colleges, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional instructional abilities that positively influence the college community as a whole.
In her current role as Assistant Principal- Teaching and learning, Dr Patrick serves as a catalyst for positive change and academic excellence. She works closely with teachers, providing instructional support and guidance to ensure high-quality teaching and learning throughout the college.
